Dr. Hawly feels it is Premier Eyecare's excellent customer service and state of the art equipment that sets the company apart from its competitors. Dr. Hawley, O.D.and his associate Dr. Crawfod, O.D., have the goal of seeing 30 patients per day. The new facility and equipment, purchased partly with SBA 504 funds, will make seeing double the number of patients of the old facility, a reality.

After graduating from Utah State University, Dr. Hawly completed his Doctorate studies at Southern California School of Optometry. He began practicing in Bakersfield in 1986. He originally had his own practice, then worked for 5 years with a large, multi-speciality eye group. Dr. Hawley opened his own office again in 2002. Continued growth of his business made the recent addition of associate Dr. Crawford a necessity. Dr. Hawley and Dr. Crawford specialize in general optometry which includes prescription glasses and treatment of medical conditions.
